NocHost Internet Data Center Terms and Conditions

TERMS / USE POLICY

The NocHost Internet Data Center provides a general policy to act as a neutral provider, reserving the right to terminate the customer's account when the account is used inappropriately.

IT IS EXTREMELY FORBIDDEN:

1. Attacks services, Hacker, and any other tool that scan and cause harm to others.

2. Distribution of Pornographic material.

3. Email spam / bombing / opt-in.

4. Make unauthorized copying software.

5. P2P - is not permitted to download and upload files, uTorrent (p2p) or any other type.

6. Virus Distribution.

DEDICATED SERVERS:

1. The NocHost provides clean server, free of viruses and any virtual plague, and its use of total customer responsibility.

2. Renewal (payment) or cancellation of this service should be made by one of the means of contact up to 5 days before the invoice maturity. If not informed within the deadline, the service is automatically renewed. And if the customer wishes to cancel after five days, the NocHost will generate an invoice with 50% of the service value for it to be canceled after payment.

3. Backup data is total customer. Unless you have contracted this service separately.

4. The customer is entitled to a free format per month.

5. The access will be performed by Remote Desktop Connection or SSH for Linux.

6. The traffic control is done by the data center, there is any installed program to control. After the customer exceeds the allowed limit, the server will off. If you are interested in hiring additional bandwidth the customer must get in touch with the sales department.

Any illicit activity or that compromises the integrity of our network servers, we will shut down your immediate service. You may not use any IP address that is not assigned by NocHost. If violated, unlink your service.

CLOUD SERVERS:

1. The NocHost provides clean server, free of viruses and any virtual plague, and its use of full customer.

2. Backup data is total customer. Unless you have contracted this service separately.

3. The client can format your server as often as desired and choose the operating system that best suits you. Everything is done by the customer panel automatically.

4. The access will be performed by Remote Desktop Connection or SSH for Linux.
